| پیٹ کے امراض کے ٹوٹکے
اطبا کاخیال ہے اور وہ بھی اس پر شاہد ہے کہ روزانہ نہارمنہ قرصعنہ کی جڑ کے اچھی طرح جوش دیئے جوشاندے میں سکنجبین بقدر حاجت ملاکر استعمال کرنا شوصہ اور او رام بطن( پیٹ کے اورام) سے محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔ مجھے یاد ہے کہ والد بزرگوار رحمت اللہ علیہ نے ایک دن فرمایا تھاکہ جن لوگوں کوقبض نہیں رہتا ان کو شوصہ اور اورام بطن کی شکایت کم ہی لاحق ہوتی ہے ۔ والد بزرگوار اس قسم کے مجرب مسائل بیان کر کے میرے علم میں نفع بخش اضافہ فرمایا کرتے تھے۔ مذکورہ حقیقت میرے مشاہدے میں بھی آچکی ہے۔

مقوی معدہ۔۔
تجربہ شاہد ہے کہ زمرد معدہ کوقوی کرتا ہے اور گردن میں لٹکانے سے صرع کے لیے مفید ہے۔ اس کو منہ میں رکھا جائے تو دانتوں اور معدہ کو قوی کر دیتا ہے۔ حمار وشی کی آنکھوں کودیکھنا بصارت کو قائم رکھنے کا باعث ہوتا ہے۔ اور خصوصاموتیا بند کو روکتا ہے۔ اللہ تعالی نے اس میں آنکھوں کی صحت کے لیے عجیب دغریب خاصیت رکھی ہے نیز یہ امر بھی صحیح ہے کہ خرگوش کی سری کھانا رع شہ سے محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔ میں نے اپنے ذاتی تجربے کے لحاظ سے خرگوش کی سری کھانا فالج اوخدرمیںبھی مفید پایا ہے۔ اگر اس خاصیت کا ذکر قدماء میں سے کسی نے نہیں کیا ہے۔
طحال کا بڑھنا۔
اطباء کا بیان ہے کہ ہمیشہ جھائؤکی لکڑی کے بنے ہوئے پیالہ میں پانی پینے والے کوعظم طحال اوردیگرعوارض لاحق نہیں ہوتے۔
میرا ذاتی تجربہ ہے ۔ مصطگی کا جوشاندہ پینا جگر اور معدہ کے امراض سے محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔تخم خربوز کا جوشاندہ پینا پتھری سے محفوظ رکھتا ہے ۔

نظر کی کمزروی کا علاج
سونے کی سلائی سے سرمہ لگانا بینائی کو تیز کرتا ہے۔ سونے کے برتن میں پکایا ہوا کھاناعام طور سے جسم کو طاقت دیتا ہے۔ آنکھوں پر تازہ گلاب کی کلی کا ضماد آشوب چشم سے محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔ شربت وردشگرکری بطورسرمہ آنکھوں میں لگانا جبکہ جسم فضلات سے پاک وصاف ہو مقوی بصر ہے۔ ایک دفعہ قے بحرانی کی وجہ سے میری آنکھوں میں اچانک بہت زیادہ
تکلیف( انتشار حدقین یاضعت بصارت) پیدا ہوئی تھوڑی دیر کے لیے میری آنکھیں لگ گئیں تو میں نے خواب میں ایک طبیب کودیکھاجو مطب کرنا تھا۔ اس نے شربت درد کو بطور سرمہ لگانے کا مشورہ دیا، میں ان ایام میں طالب علم ہی تھا اور اپنی لیاقت میں اضافہ کر رہا تھا۔ابھی مجھےکسی فن وعلم میں مہارت ومشق حاصل نہیں ہوئی تھی۔ لہذا اس خواب کی اطلاع اپنے والد بزرگوار کو دی۔ انھوں نے خواب سن کر تھوڑی دیر سوچ کر فرمایا خواب میں جو علاج اس مرض کے لیے بتایاگیا ہے اس کا استعمال شروع کر دو۔ میں نے استعمال کرنا شروع کر دیا۔ اس دوا سے مجھے فائدہ حاصل ہوگیا۔
اس کتاب کی تالیف کے وقت تک متواتراس دوا کوجوکہ مقوی مختصر ہے استعمال کرتارہا۔
لونگ کا استعمال
نیز میرا تجر بہ ہے کہ موسم سرما میں قرنفل پیس کر روزانہ سوتے وقت پیشانی پر ملنا نزلہ سے محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔ اسی طرح پوست ترنج کے مقابلہ میں بسباسہ زیادہ فائدہ دیتا ہے۔
کمر کے مہروں اور کوبڑے پن کا علاج
اطبا کا خیال ہے کہ پشت کے مہروں پر روغن بادام یاروغن زیتون مغسول کی مالش کی جائے تو کبڑے پین سے حفاظت ہوتی ہے۔
روغن بادام اس مقصد کے لیے زیادہ بہتر ہے بعض کی رائے ہے کہ اس مرض میں روغن کنجد میں مفید ہے۔ روغن بادام اس لیے زیادہ مفید ہے کہ اس کا جو ہرلطیف ہوتا ہے اور اس میں قبضیت پائی جاتی ہے۔ اور اعضائے شنریفہ کے لیے استعمال کی جانے والی ادویہ میں لطافت اورقبضیت ہونا زیادہ مناسب ہے۔
