پہلے مفرد اعضائے جسم کو سمجھئے ۔ چار مفرد اعضا ہیں۔ دل، جگر اور دماغ حیاتی اعضاء ہیں اور چو تھا مفرد عضو الحاتی ہے جو جسم کے بنیادی اعضا بناتے ہیں لیکن بے حرکت ہیں اسلئے انکے افعال حیاتی اعضاء کے تحت ہیں ۔

قارورہ سے تشخیص
1۔ اعصاب جن کا مرکز دماغ ہے اور یہ اعصابی انسجہ سے بنتے ہیں ۔جسم میں ہر قسم کے احساسات جو حواس خمسہ ظاہری اور حو اس خمسہ باطنی کے ذریعے حاصل ہوتے ہیں وہ اعصاب ود ماغ میں ہی پیدا ہوتے ہیں اور پھر یہی احساسات عضلات و قلب اور غد دو جگر کے ذریعے تمام جسم میں افعال و عمال کے حکم صادر کرتے ہیں۔ لیکن یاد رکھیں کہ اعصاب بذات خود حرکت نہیں کرتے بلکہ صرف اپنے احساسات کے ذریعے حرکت کا حکم دیتے ہیں۔ جن کو حرکتی اعصاب کہا جاتا ہے وہ حرکت کے لئے اپنی تحریکات دوسرے اعضا تک پہنچاتے ہیں۔ بس اعصاب احساس اور تحریک کے سوا اور کوئی کام نہیں کرتے یہاںتک کہ دماغ میں بھی ان کا اس سے زیادہ کام نہیں ہے یعنی ہر قسم کے احساسات کے ذریعے پیدا ہوتے ہیں ۔
2: عضلات جن کا مرکز قلب ہے اور عضلاتی انسجہ سے بنا ہوا ہے جسم میں ہر قسم کی حرکات جن کا حکم اعصاب کی طرف سے حاصل ہو پرعمل کرتا ہے مثلاً دیکھنا و سننا اور چکھنا و سونگھنا اور محسوس کرنا وغیرہ کو سمجھ کر ان پر عمل کرنا اسی طرح خواص خمسہ باطنی کو سمجھنا یہاں تک کہ الہام و کشف اور روحی کے احکامات کو بھی قلب ہی سمجھتا ہے ،دماغ کو صرف احساس ہوتا ہے اور شرح صدر حرف قلب ہوتا ہے۔ اسلئے یاد کرلیں کہ جسم میں جسقدر حرکات عمل میں آتی ہیں چاہے وہ چلنا پھرنا اور جسم و ہاتھوں کو حرکت دینا ہو یا کھانا، پینا، بولنا و غیرہ ہوں سب عضلات کے ذمہ ہے یعنی جسم کی تمام حرکات عضلات کے ذریعے عمل میں آئی ہیں
۳: غدد جن کا مرکز جگر ہے ۔غدی و مخاطی انسحہ سے بنتا ہے جسم میں ہر قسم کی غذا غدد وغشاء کے ذریعہ ملتی ہے جسم کے ہر عضو کو جس قسم کی غذا در کار ہوتی ہے اس جگہ کے گدود اپنی بناوٹ سے اس قسم کی غذا کو تیار اور پختہ کر کے اُس عضو کو دیتے ہیں۔ مثلاً جگر میں صفرا تیار ہوتا ہے گر دے پیشاب بناتے ہیں عورت کے سینے میں دودھ بنتا ہے اور مردوں کے خصیوں میں منی تیار ہوتی ہے وغیرہ وغیرہ “
ہر غدد اپنی خاص قسم کی رطوبات (سکریشن) تیار کرتا ہے اور جن مقاموں پر غدد نہیں ہیں وہاں غشا مخاطی ہوتی ہیں وہ ضرورت کے مطابق رطوبات کا ترشہ کرتی ہیں گویا جسم میں کسی مقام پر جس قدر رطوبات ہوتی ہیں وہ غدد اورغشا مخاطی کے تحت پیدا ہوتی ہیں گویا منہ کے لعاب اور ناک کے نزلہ زکام سے لے کر پیشاب و پاخانہ اورپسینہ تک جہاں پر بھی رطوبت نظر آتی ہے وہ سب غذا اور غشامخاطی کی پیدا کردہ ہے یعنی جسم میں ہر قسم کی رطوبت کا اخراج غدد اورغشامخاطی سے ہوتا ہے اور یہی قارورہ کا راز ہے۔
رطوبت یا مواد کے اخراج کا طریقہ
رطوبات (لف) یا مواد (سکریشن) کا اخراج ہمیشہ خون سے ہی ہوتا ہے اسکو پوری طرح یوں سمجھ لیں یعنی دوران خون کو یاد کر لیں صاف خون دل سے بڑی شریان اور طٰی سے چھوٹی شریان میں سے عروق شعریہ کے ذریعے غدد اور مخاطی میں جسم کیخلاؤں پرترشہ پاتا ہے خون کا یہ ترشہ کبھی زیادہ ہوتا ہے اور کبھی کم ، کبھی گرم ہو جاتا ہے اورکبھی سرد اورکبھی رفیق ہوتا ہے اور کبھی غلیظ اور کبھی سفید ہوتا ہے اور کبھی زرد اور سرخ یعنی اس توشہ کا اخراج ہمیشہ ایک ہی صورت میں نہیں ہوتا بلکہ مختلف صورت میں اور کیفیتیں اور رنگ پائے جاتے ہیں ۔ جب پانی کی طرح بغیر تکلیف گرنے تو اسکا رنگ سفید ہوتا ہے یہ اعصابی زکام ہے۔ کیفیت اسکی سرد ہوتی ہے ۔
2:جب رطوبت لیسدار ہوا اور تکلیف سے گھرے تو اسکا رنگ زردہوتا ہے اور اسکی کیفیت یعنی مزاج گرم ہوتا ہے اسکو نزلہ جار کہتے ہیں ۔
۳ : نزلہ بندہو جو زیادہ کوشش اور تکلیف ہونے کے بعد بھی اخراج کا نام نہ لے
اور ایسا معلوم ہو کہ ناک میں بالکل حجم گیا ہے تو ا سکا رنگ میلا یا سرخ سیاہی مائل بلکہ زور لگانے سے خون آنے لگے اسکی کیفیت سوداوی ہوتی ہے
قارورہ کی حالت یوں ہوگی
1: اعصاب میں تیزی و سوزش ہوگی تو پیشاب زنگ اسکا سفید یا آسمانی ہو گا مقدار میں زیادہ اور بغیر تکلیف خارج ہوگا
۲:غدد میں تیری و سوزش ہوگی تو پیشاب جلن کے ساتھ تھوڑا تھوڑایاقطرہ قطرہ آئے گا رنگ اسکا زرد ہوگا۔
۳: عضلات میں تیزی ہوگی تو پیشاب بند ہو گا یا بہت کم آئے گا اور رنگ سرخ یا سیاہی مائل یا میلا ہوگا یا پھر پیشاب خونی ہوگا۔
نکتہ:
یہی صورتیں پا خانہ پر بھی وارد ہو گی ۔
اعصابی صورت میں اسہال ، غدی صورت میں درد مروڑ اور عضلاتی صورت میں قبض ہوگی ۔ عین اسی طرح لعاب دہن ، آنکھ ، کان اور پسینہ وغیرہ وغیرہ تمام جسمی رطوبات پر یہی صورت میں وارد ہونگی ۔
یہ ہیں قارورہ کے راز ان کو اچھی طرح سمجھ لیں یعنی قا رورہ خون کے ہی فضلات ہیں جو کیمیا وی طور پر خراج پاتے ہیں اسلئے تشخیص مرض میں انتہائی فائدہ مند ہیں کیونکہ ان سے خون کے اجزا کی کمی بیشی کا پتہ جاتا ہے یعنی خلطی طور پر جیسا بھی قارورہ ہو گا اُسی غلط کی خون میں زیادتی ہوگی جب اسکو دور کر دیا جائے گا مرض فوراً دور ہو جائے گی۔
