تو اس کے لئے تشخیص مرض میں بہت آسانی پیدا ہوجائے گی
مریض کے اندر تعدیلی کیفیا ت پیدا کرکے شفائی اثرات پیدا کرنے میں آسانی رہے گی۔
اگر کسی ٹھوس کیمیکلز کی PHمعلوم کرنی ہوتو اس کا محلول تیار کریں۔
عام طور پر لیموں کا رس۔
نمک کا محلول ۔
صابن کا محلول ۔
تیل سرسوں کا۔
دھوبی سوڈا۔

۔ ہائڈروکلورک ایسڈ وغیرہ کا تجزیہ تجربات میں اضافے کا سبب بنے گا ۔
1۔ PHپیپر کو محلول میں بھگوکر ایک منٹ بعدPHسکیل سے مقابلہ کریں
(2)جو بھی رنگ ہوگا وہی اس محلول کی PH ہوگی ۔
(3)محلول ہمیشہ کشیدہ پانی سے تیار کریں۔
(4)PHپیپر ہر بار نیا کام میں لائیں ۔
(5) جس محلول کا ٹسیٹ کریں اس پر نام ضرور لکھیں
(6) ۔PHپیپر کو گیلا نہیں ہونا چاہئے
(7) ۔ PHپیپر کو انگلی نہ لگائیں اس کے لئے چمٹی استعمال کریں۔
(8)موازنہ کرنے میں رنگوں کو بغور میچ کریں۔
(9)ایسا بھی ہوتا ہے جلد بازی میں ٹیسٹ کیا گیا
(10) PHاس لئے غلط نتائج ظاہر کرتا ہے
کہ اسے وقت سے پہلے کلر گراف سے چیک کرلیا جاتا ہے۔

PHکیا ہے؟
بنیادی طور پر PHکی تعریف یوں کی جاسکتی ہے کہ کسی تیزابی محلول
میں ہائڈروجن آئنوں کے ارتکازی کا منفی لاگرتھم (PH)کہلاتا ہے ۔۔
صاف شیدہ پانی کی (PH)تعدیلی یعنی7ہوتی ہے کیونکہ جس محلول
کی PH سات ہو وہ تعدیلی کہلاتا ہے۔
(PH)سے اساس اور تیزاب اور نمک کی کیفیات معلوم کی جاتی ہیں
جس محلول کی (PH)سات سے کم ہو وہ تیزابی کہلاتا ہے
اوروہ محلول جس کی (PH)ات سے زیادہ ہو اساسی محلول کہلاتا ہے۔
تیزابی کی مثلا کاپر سلفیٹ تیزابی ہے دہی میں لیکٹک ایسڈ پایا جاتا ہے۔
لیموں میں سٹرک ایسڈاور انگور میںٹاٹرک ایسڈ پایا جاتا ہے
۔انسانی معدہ میں نمک کا تیزاب پایا جاتا ہے۔
انسانی خون کی (PH)7.4ہوتی ہے۔
سوڈیم کلورائڈ تعدیلی خاصیت کا حامل ہے۔
۔ PH اورPOH کا مجموعہ14ہوتا ہے۔
جو اسا س پانی میں حل ہوجائے اسے الکلی کہتے ہیں۔
ہر الکلی اساس ہوتا ہے جب کہ ہر اساس الکلی نہیں ہوتا مثلاََNaOHایک الکلی ہے
لیکن 2(OH) CO الکلی نہیں ہے کیونکہ یہ پانی میں ناحل پزیر ہے۔
یاد رکھئے اساس وہ محلول ہے جو ہائڈروآکسل مہیا کرے مثلاََNaOH ،NH4 OHوغیرہ۔۔اسی طرح جو آبی محلول میں ہائڈروجن آئن(H+)مہیا کرے تیزاب کہلاتی ہے مثلاََH2SO4 وغیرہ۔کھانوں میں بالخصوص گوشت میں جب ہم ایسی اشیاء ڈالتے ہیں جو اس کی PH تبدیل کردے جیسے گوشت میںمیٹھا سوڈا ۔کچری۔خرربوزے کے چھلکے ڈالتے ہیں تو وہ جلد گل جاتا ہے ان کے ڈالنے سے PH میں تبدیلی ہوجاتی ہے اساسیت بڑھ جاتی ہے یا پھرتیزابیت بڑھ جاتی ہے

زمین(مٹی) کی الکلی نہیں ہےPH
معلوم کرنا۔
زمیندار لوگ کھیتوں کی مٹی مختلف لبارٹریز میں چیک کرانے کے لئے بھیجتے ہیں اگر وہ گھر پر بھی اس کا تجزیہ کریں تو لبارٹری جانے کی ضرورت نہیں رہے گی۔ طریقہ کار یہ ہے کہ جس مٹی کو چیک کرنا ہو کہ یہ کس خاصیت کی مٹی ہے تاکہ اسی انداز میں بجائی کی جائے اور پیداروار میں بہتری لائی جاسکے۔آپ جس مٹی کا تجزیہ کرنا چاہتے ہیں اسے کشیدہ (ابلے ہوئے ) پانی میں حل کریں۔
اگر زیادہ مقامات کی مٹی کی الکلی نہیں ہے PHمعلوم کرنا ہوتو انہیں الگ الگ بھگوکر محلو ل تیار کریں پھر اس محلول میں PHپیپر ڈال کر PHکلر چارٹ کی مدد سے اساسی یا تیزابی کیفیت معلوم کرلیں۔اگرPH 7ہوگی تو مٹی کی خاصیت تعد یلی ہے اور اگر PHسات سے کم ہے تو تیزابی اور سات سے اوپر ہے تو مٹی اساسی ہوگی اسی کے مطابق اس کا تدارک کرلیں
زرعی زمیں کی PH 7 اور 8 کے درمیان یعنی7.5ہونی چاہئے۔اگرزمین کی PH 3سے کم اور 10سے زیادہ ہوتو بنجر زمین کہلاتی ہے۔ PH کی تبدیلی زمین کے اندر مختلف نمکیات کی وجہ سے ہوتی ہے۔فطری انداز میں پودے بھی مختلف PHپر پروان چڑھتے ہیں :سیب5.0.6.5اور آلو4. 5.6.0۔پیاز6.0.8.0۔۔پودینہ 7.0.8.0 وغیرہ PH پر اگتے ہیں۔
عمل تعدیل بہت مفید عمل ہے مثلاََ اگر کسی کی زمین کچھ تیزابی اثرات کی حامل ہے اور اس میں آلو کاشت کرنا چاہتا ہے تو مٹی میں ہلکا کھار مثلاََ کیلسیم ہائڈرو اکسائڈ ملاکر تیزاب کی تعدیل کردیں یہ عمل مٹی سے تیزابیت اور کڑواپن ختم کرکے میٹھا کردیگا۔
اسی طرح چونا سپیاں وغیرہ ڈال کر اتعدال پیدا کیا جاسکتا ہے۔ایک معالج اگر ان باتوں کو دھیان میں رکھے گا تو علاج معالجہ مین سہولت پیدا ہوجائے گی مثلاََ کسی مریض کے دانٹ کھٹے رہتے ہیں تو اس کے لئے ایسا منجن تجویز کیا جائے گا جس میں ہلکا دافع تیزاب عنصر ہو جیسے میگنیسیم ہائڈرواکسائڈ۔یا پھر ایسے سلوشن کی کلیاں کرائی جائیں گی جو اسی قسم کے مرکبات اثرات کے حامل ہونگے ۔
پانی۔دوا ۔جڑی بوٹی وغیرہ کیPHمعلوم کرنا۔
ایک معالج اور حکیم کے لئے اگر کسی جڑی بوٹی یا زیر استعمال دوا کے خواص معمول ہو جائیں تو استعمال کرنے پر نتائج بہت بہتر پیدا ہونے کی امید کیا جاسکتی ہے عمومی طور پر دیکھا گیا ہے کہ ہمارے آس پاس بہت سی قیمتی جڑی بوٹیاں موجود ہوتی ہیں لیکن ہمارے پاس ایسی کتاب موجود نہیں ہوتی جس میں اس جری بوٹی کی شناخت یا خواص درج ہوں اس لئے ان قیمتی جڑی بوٹیوں کو روندتے ہوئے آگے بڑھ جاتے ہیں
یہ عطیہ خدا وندی کی بہت بڑی ناشکری ہے ۔جہاں بہت سے ٹیسٹ کرائے جاتے ہیں یا دوسروں سے تشخیص کے معاملا ت میں بات چیت کی ضرورت پیش آتی ہے۔جو طبیب PHمعلوم کرنے کا ڈھنگ جانتا ہے وہ بہت سی پریشانیوںسے محفوظ ہوجاتا ہے

تشخیص امراض۔۔
قدیم سے قارورہ (پیشاب)دیکھنے کا طریقہ چلا آرہا ہے آج بھی اس کی افادیت کسی طرح سے کم نہیں ہوئی جدید لبورٹریز میں بھی پیشاب کے ٹسٹوں کا معمول بندوبست ہوتا ہے
مثانے اور گردوں کے امراض اور خون کی حالت معلوم کرنے کے لئے کئی ایک ٹیسٹ کرائے جاتے ہیں۔طب قدیم و جدید میں پیشاب کا ٹیسٹ بہت اہمیت کا حامل ٹہرایا گیا ہے۔
قدماء تو پیشاب کا رنگ و رسوب دیکھا کرتے تھے لیکن جدید سہولتوں کی بنیاد پر آج پیشاب میں شامل بہت سے اجزاء کی رپورٹ سامنے آتی ہے یوریا کی مقدار ضرور بتائی جاتی ہے ۔
جولوگ رنگ و الوان اورذائقوں کو پہچانتے ہیں وہ کسی بھی مرض کی تشخیص اور علاج کرسکتے ہیں۔
اگر مریض کی تشخیص کرنے میں دشواری پیش آئے تو اس کی زبان پر PHپیپر لگاکر کسی حد تک تشخیص کی جاتی ہے پیشاب اگر مہیا ہوجائے تو اس کی رنگت کو بغور دیکھئے اگر سرخی مائل یا سرخ ہوگا تو عضلاتی یا تیزابی کہ سکتے ہیں ہوگا۔
اگر پیلا ہٹ لئے ہوگا تو سمجھو یہ تعدیلی یا صفروای (نمکین) ہوگا ۔ اور اگر پیشاب کی رنگت بالکل پانی جیسی ہے تو سمجھو یہ اعصابی یا بلغی مریض ہے۔اب رنگوں کی گہرائی یا ہلکے پن کی بنیاد پر مرض کی کمی یا زیادتی تصور ہو گی یاد رکھئے اعصابی (بلغی) مریض کو بہت زیادہ پیشاب آتا ہے اس میں کسی قسم کی جلن یا رکاوٹ نہیں محسوس ہوتی بلا رکاوٹ زیادہ مقدار میں بار بار آتا ہے ۔
اس میں لٹمس یا PHپیپر کا رنگ نیلا ہوگا کیونکہ بلغم کا رنگ نیلا تشخیص کیا گیا ہے۔اسی طرح عمومی مشاہدات کی بنیاد پر کہا جاسکتا ہے کہ سفید رنگ کی اشیاء یا ادویات اعصابی (بلغی)مزاج کی حامل ہوتی ہیں۔
رہی بات کہ انگریری ادویات کا رنگ عمومی طور پر سفید ہی ہوتا ہے اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ وہ سب کی سب اعصابی مزاج رکھتی ہیں ؟ ایسا ہرگز نہیں ہے کیونکہ مختلف کیمیکلز کی وجہ سے ان اودیات کااصل رنگ اڑا دیا جاتا ہے باقی سفید رنگ کا رسوب یا سفوف باقی بچتا ہے۔ رنگ اڑنے سے یہ لازم تو نہیں کہ خواص بھی بد ل جائیں ؟یہ کلیہ قدرتی اور حقیقی رنگوں پر زیادہ صادق آتا ہے۔
اسی طرح پیشاب کی ایسڈٹی(تیزابی)کیفیات معلوم کرنا ہوں تو لٹمس کو پیشاب میں ڈبوکر معلوم کریں اگر نیلا لٹمس سرخ ہوجائے تو سمجھو مریض میں خشکی و تیزابیت بڑھی ہوئی ہے ۔
جب عضلاتی اثرات گہرے ہوجائیں تو سرخی سیاسی میں تبدیل ہونا شروع ہو جاتی ہے ۔جب جسم میں خشکی زیادہ ہوجائے تو پیشاب سرخ رنگ کا کم مقدار میں پیدا ہوتا ہے جسم میں گیس معدہ میں تبخیر موجود رہتی ہے۔
مریض خشکی کے امراض جیسے قبض بواسیر وغیرہ میں مبتلا ہوتا ہے ہمیں چاہئے کہ رنگ و الوان پر اور انسانی کیفیات پر اس قدر عبور حاصل کرلیں کہ چہرہ دیکھ کر مرض کی تشخیص کردیں۔ یہ کوئی مشکل کام نہیں ہے۔جس مریض کا چہرہ زرد ہوگا وہ صفراوی یا غدی مریض ہوگا۔اس کے منہ کا ذائقہ کڑوا خشک وغیرہ علامات میںسے کوئی ہوگا۔عضلاتی یا سوداوی امراض میں چہرے یا بدن کا رنگ سیاہ ہوجاتاہے کبھی کبھار بدن کے کسی حصے کا رنگ بھی سیاہ پڑنا شروع ہوجاتا ہے تو سمجھو یہاں سوداوی مواد جمع ہونا شروع ہوگیا ہے بس وہاں حرارت پیدا کردو یعنی غدی ادویات کا استعمال کردو سیاہی ختم ہوجائے گی۔
عمومی طور پر عضلاتی اشیاء کا رنگ سرخ یا سیاہ ہوتا ہے ان میں تیزابیت و خشکی پائی جاتی ہے۔ انہیں بلغمی امراض میں استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔اگر سوداوی مزاج کی اشیاء کو محلول بناکر PH معمول کی جائے تو عمومی طور پر پیپر سرخ یا سرخی مائل ہوجائے گا ۔ ایک طبیب کے لئے PHمعلوم کرنا کچھ مشکل کام نہیں ہے
معمولی سی مشق طبیب کا نام روشن کرسکتی ہے۔ اگر تھوڑی ہمت کریں تو از خود خواص الاشیاء کا ایک چارٹ مرتب کرسکتے ہیں یہ محنت مطب کو چار چاند لگا دیگی۔ایک نارمل آدمی پیشاب میں یومیہ 25سے 30ملی گرام یوریا خارج کرتا ہے۔
قارورہ اور تشخیص مرض۔
صفات بول۔بحالت صحت پیشاب عنبری یا ہلکے زرد رنگ کا صاف شفاف سیال ہوتا ہے جس کا وزن مخصوص آب خون کے برابر مگر پانی سے کسی قدر زیادہ ہوتا ہے جس وقت پیشاب خارج ہوتا ہے تو اس میں کسی قدر ترشی پائی جاتی ہے کچھ عرصہ بعد اس میںکھاری پن پیدا ہوجاتا ہے
اس میں تغیر و فساد کی وجہ سے نوشادر کی دھانس آنے لگتی ہے۔پیشاب کی روزانہ مقدار میں موسم اور غذا کی کمی بیشی اور نوعیت سے بہت بڑا فرق پڑتا جاہے گرمیوں میں کم اور سردیوں میں زیادہ یا پھر ہلدی ریوندچینی کھانے سے اس کی رنگت میں فورا تبدیلی آجاتی ہے
۔رنگت سب سے اہم ہے اور قدرت نے تین بنیادی رنگ پیدا کئے ہیں ۔ نیلا۔سرخ۔پیلا۔باقی تمام رنگ اِن کے آپس میں ملنے سے بنتے ہیں۔جیسے سبز رنگ نیلے اور پیلے سے مل کر بنتا ہے
۔نارنجی رنگ پیلے اور سرخ رنگ کے ملنے سے بنتا ہے
اسی طرح ارغوانی رنگ نیلے اور سرخ ر نگ سے مل کر بنتا ہے
۔ سفید رنگ بھی رنگوں کے مجموعہ کا نام ہے ۔
قوس قزح اور منشور شیشہ سے ان کی حقیقت کھل کر سامنے آجاتی ہے۔
قارورہ کبھی ایک رنگ پر نہیں ہوگا کیونکہ قارورہ مرکب ہوتا ہے۔سرخ زردی مائل اس کے مختلف طبقات ۔ سرخ نیلاہٹ مائل اور اس کے مختلف درجات۔زرد سرخی مائل اور اس کے مختلف درجات۔نیلا یا سفیدی مائل اور اس کے درجات۔نیلا یا سفیدی مائل اور ان کے مختلف درجات۔یعنی مجموعی طور پر چھ رنگوں میں انہیں تقسیم کیا جاسکتا ہے۔
اعضا کا باہمی تعلق ہوتا ہے اسی سے قارورہ کی مختلف شکلیں ترتیب پاتی ہیں۔(1)عضلات میں تیزی کی وجہ سے قارورہ سرخ رنگ کا ہوگا۔اگر تعلق اعصاب کے ساتھ ہوجائے تو سرخ نیلاہٹ مائل یا سفید ہوگا۔جسم میں ترشی و ریاح کی زیادتی خون میں خشکی و گرمی کے اثرات زیادہ ہونگے(عضلاتی غدی)(اس تحریک میں خلط صفرا پیدا ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ جسم میں جمع ہوتا رہتاہے۔
(2) اگر قلب کا تعلق جگر سے ہوجائے تو سرخی مائل زرد ہوگا(عضلاتی غدی)اس تحریک میں خلط سودا پیدا ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ خارج بھی ہوتا ہے۔
(3)اگر اعصاب کا تعلق عضلات سے ہوگا توقارورہ سفید یا نیلا سرخی مائل ہوگا۔جسم میں کھاری۔تری سردی(بلغم)کی زیادتی ہوگی(اعصابی عضلاتی ) خلط بلغم پیدا ہو نے کے ساتھ ساتھ خارج بھی ہوتا ہے
۔(4)اگر اعصاب کا تعلق جگر سے ہوگا تو قارورہ کا سفید یا نیلا زردی مائل ہوگا۔جسم میں کھارا پن، ریشہ۔ تری گرمی(خون) کی زیادتی ہوگی(اعصابی غدی)
(5)اگر جگر کا تعلق دل سے ہوجائے تو قارورہ زرد رنگ سرخی مائل ہوگا۔جسم میں جلن اور خشکی گرمی (صفرا)کی زیادتی ہوگی(غدی عضلاتی)اس میں صفرا کی پیدائش کے ساتھ اخراج بندہوتا ہے۔
(6)اگر جگر کا تعلق اعصاب سے ہوجائے تو قارورہ زرد سفیدی مائل ہوگا۔جسم میں ضعف و بے چینی اور خشکی گرمی کی زیادتی ہوگی(غدی اعصابی)اس میں صفرا بن کر خارج ہوتا ہے۔
براز(پاخانہ)کی PHکے ذریعہ تشخیص
طبعی طور پر پاخانہ کا PHالکلائن ہوتا ہے اسے معلوم کرنے کے لئے لٹمس پیپر استعمال کرسکتے ہیں۔یہ خیال رکھیں اگر غذا میں کاربوہائیڈریٹس کی مقدار زیادہ ہے ہوتو پاخانہ کا PHتیزابی اور پروٹین زیادہ ہوتو الکلائن ہوتا ہے ۔
جانوروں کے امراض کی تشخیص
عمومی طور پر دیکھنے میں آیا ہے کہ انسانی امراض کا علاج کرنے والے حکماء جانوروں کے علاج کی طرف توجہ نہیں دیتے جبکہ اس طرف توجہ دینا ان اطباء کا بنیادی فرض ہے تاکہ اہل دیہیہ کو طب و حکمت کی راہ سے سستے علاج معالجہ کی سہولت میسر آئے۔
راقم کی طبی زندگی میں کئی ایک مرحلے ایسے آئے جب گائے بیل ۔بھینس بکری وغیرہ کے علاج کی ضرورت پیش آئی ۔پہلی بار تو جھجک محسوس ہوئی لیکن اللہ تعالیٰ نے شرح صدر فرمایا اور عمدہ نتائج سامنے آئے۔
جس طرح انسانوں کو مختلف امراض پیش آتے ہیں بالکل جانوروں اور مویشیوں کو بھی اسی قسم کے امراض لاحق ہوتے ہیں۔جو انسان تشخیص میں ماہر ہوگا وہ علاج میں بھی کامیاب ہوگا۔ہر کام کے لئے مہارت اور ڈھنگ کی ضرورت ہوا کرتی ہے۔سب سے پہلے تو معالج صحت و مرض کے درمیان خط امتیاز کھینچے کہ صحت کسے کہتے ہیں اور مرض کیا ہے ؟اس کی مہارت اس طرح پیدا کی جاسکتی ہیں ۔
صحت مند جانوروں کا مطالعہ کیا جائے کہ حالت صحت میں ان کی کیا کیفیات ہوتی ہیں اس کے بعد مرض کی حالت کا بغور جائزہ لیں کہ مرض میں کونسی علامات ظہور پزیر ہوئی ہیں۔بس مرض کی حالت میں پیدا ہونے والی علامات و کیفیات کو دور کردو مویشیوں کا علاج کرنے میں کوئی رکاوٹ نہیں ہوگی۔جس طرح انسانوں کو گرمی سردی کے امراض لاحق ہوتے ہیں جانور بھی اسی طرح ان بدلاؤ کا شکار ہوتے ہیں۔
اگر انسانی علاج و جانوروں کے علاج میں کوئی بنیادی فرق ہے تو صرف اتنا کہ انسانوں کی دوائی خوراک کم ہوگی جبکہ جسمانی لحاظ سے جانوروں کو اس دوا کی ضرورت زیادہ ہوگی اس لئے ان کی دوائی خوراک ان کے جسم کے مطابق تجویز کی جانی چاہئے۔حصہ بقدر جثہ۔۔
کلیہ یہ ہے کہ جانور کو ایک بڑا انسان تصور کریں اور دیکھیں کہ اگر یہ مرض و علامات کسی انسان میں نمودار ہوتیں تو ان کا کیا تدارک ہوسکتا تھا؟بس وہی سب عمل جانور کے لئے بھی کرگزریں انشاء اللہ نتائج مفیدہ آپ کے دامن میں آگریں گے۔
طبیب کو گائے بھینس کی جسمانی کیفیات مطالعہ کرنی ضروری ہیں ساتھ میں ان کے پیشاب و گوبر کی PHبھی معلوم کریں تاکہ حالت مرض میں کسی بھی مرض کی تشخیص میں دشواری پیش نہ آئے۔بہترین طبیب وہ ہوتا ہے جو اپنے تجربات اور اپنے نسخہ جات کو لکھ کر محفوظ رکھ لیتا ہے تاکہ بوقت ضرورت استفادہ میں آسانی رہے۔لکھنے سے طبیب کو اپنی غلطیوں کے سدھارکا بار بار موقع ملتا رہتا ہے اور تجربات کی صورت میں اعلی ترین نسخہ جات اس کی بیاض کی زینت بنتے جاتے ہیں۔یہ قدم طبیب کو خود انحصاری کے لئے راغب کرتا ہے ۔
PHکی بدولت کشتہ جات کے خواص معلوم کرنا۔
دیسی طب میں جڑی بوٹیوں کے مرکبات سے بڑھا ہوا قدم دھاتی کشتہ جات ہے جسے بڑی مہارت اور جانفشانی سے تیار کیا جاتا ہے اور ان کے استعمال میں بھی بہت اختیاط برتی جاتی ہے۔جولوگ کشتوں کے فن سے واقف ہیں وہ معمولی ادویہ(کشتہ جات)سے اعلی فوائد سمیٹتے ہیں۔
دوسری طرف کشتوں کے مخالفت میں ایلو پیٹھی والے حد اعتدال سے بڑھ کر لوگوں کو خوف ذدہ کرتے ہیں۔ یہ افراط و تفریت کا کھیل برسوں سے یوں ہی چل رہا ہے۔کشتوں کی کہانی دیسی طب کی حد تک نہیں بلکہ اس کا دائرہ کار دیگر طرق علاج تک پھیلا ہوا ہے۔

“No thanks Lin just a pot of Jasmine tea for us please.” Lin went back to the kitchen area. “No booze for me today as I will have to work in the bar so it is just tea for me.”
Not in a drinking mood either, I agreed with her.”
