کچھ کہی ان کہی باتیں
یوں تو عملیات کی دنیا میں بے شمار کتب متداولہ و غیر متداولہ موجود ہیں۔ہر لکھنے والا لکھتا ہے کہ میرا عمل بے خطاء اور مجربات کا سردار ہے۔میرا عمل کبھی خطاء نہیں گیا،وغیرہ۔راقم الحروف کی زندگی کے قیمتی مہ و ایام سے گزرکر سالوں پر محیط تلخ تجربات ہیں۔عمومی طور پر عملیات میں ملتے جلتے اعمال دیکھنے کو ملتے ہیں ہر کوئی اپنے محسوسات بیان کرتا ہے۔عاملین کے بیان میں کہاں حقیقت ہوتی ہے؟
اور کہاں سے مبالغہ و کذب بیانی شروع ہوتی ہے؟۔ پرکھ کی کوئی کسوٹی مقرر نہیں ہے۔ عمومی طور پر بتانے والے کی شخصیت اور سننے والے کی عقیدت بنیادی ڈاھانچے کا سامان مہیا کرتے ہیں۔عاملین اپنے اعمال میں ناکام کیوں ہوتے ہیں؟اس کی مختلف توجیہات بیان کی جاتی ہیں۔۔
کوئی ناکامی کا مبلہ دوسرے پر ڈالتا ہے، تو کوئی اپنی بدپرہیزی اور اعمال میں کمزوریکوئی مرشد کامل نہ ملنے کابہانہ وغیرہ ۔یہ سب بجا سہی ،لیکن کبھی عملیات کے دائرہ کار اور اپنی حیثیت کا تعین کرنے کی طرف کبھی توجہ نہیں دی۔عملیات سے وابسطہ تصور غیر متعین شدہ ہوتا ہے،جہاں عمل کی تاثیر کے حدود و قیود کا تعین ہوتا ہے ۔نہ عاملین کی خواہشات کی حد فاصل ہوتی ہے۔
عملیات میں جن امور سے کام لیا جاتا ہے ،وہ ہر مذپہب و قوم کے جداگانہ ہوتے ہیں۔اوراد و وظائف بھی الگ الگ۔لیکن ایک بات مشترک ہوتی ہے کہ
ہر کوئی اَن دہکھی طاقت سے کام لینے کے مدعی ہوتے ہیں۔وہ دیوی دیوتا ہوں یا جنات وموکلات۔دیو ،ڈاکنی ہوں تو ہمزاد و موکلات بھوت پریت۔ہر کوئی کہتا ہے کہ وہ جن طاقتوں سے کام لیتا ہے ان کی تسخیر کے لئے بہت مشقت اٹھانی پڑتی ہے۔ہر کوئی اپنے معتقیدات کے مطابق حصول طاقت کا مدعی ہوتا ہے۔
ایک سیدے سادھے مسلمان کا عقیدہ ہوتا ہے جو کچھ ہوتا ہے اللہ کی مرضی سے ہوتا ہے۔عامل کاکام اپنی ذمہ داری سے عہدہ برآہونا ہے۔میں اپنے عمل کا ذمہ دار ہوں کہ اسے ایمان داری سے ادا کروں ۔اس میں اثرات کس قدر پیدا ہوتے ہیں یہ میرا کام نہیں ہے۔سلسلہ میں ۔جادو کی تاریخ۔جادو کے بنیادی قوانین اور ان کا توڑ۔دروس العملیات وغیرہ کتب کی طرف رجوع کرنا چاہئے۔راقم الحروف کی کئی دہائیوں کے تلخ تجربات کی عکاس ہیں۔
